Your local neighbourhood policing team have been on market square today in our mobile police station as part of safer business week. Showing high visibility around Lancaster town visiting stores and the markets, focusing on shoplifting's, Anti social behaviour and retail crime whilst being a physical point of contact for people to engage with the police and ask for any assistance if needed. 

-Multiple members of the public have been signed up to 'IN THE KNOW' during our patrols

-Joint Patrols with local BID wardens 

-Multiple stores visited 

-Multiple incidents responded to and dealt with
